This role requires as high level of task mastery and an openness to plans that change.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to – “owning” the master content marketing timeline and schedule and ensuring that program planning is kept up-to-date and organized.
Be the go-to-person for the Marketplace Market Leader and quickly earn trust across marketing and operations teams.
Work with the CMO on developing a career plan and roadmap for success so that you can grow your career as quickly as you can demonstrate mastery.
As needed, this role will flex to support other areas of the marketing organization (community and new business) and is expected to seamlessly integrate with the team to deliver what needs to be accomplished.

1-2 years of experience; digital marketing and/or project management experience a plus
A working knowledge and interest in the crypto space
Career interest in high performance digital marketing
Advanced level of English is a must. Fluency in a third language is a plus
Detail oriented, pro-active in execution and project management
Flexible for overtime work and enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments
Humble and willing to learn every day
Critical thinking and have a service mindset, with high emotional intelligence
Excellent communications and project management skills

Salary: negotiation – 13 months/years plus performance bonus
