WHAT WE DO:

  • Plan, organize and participate in recruitment.
  • Post job ads, organize screening, organize candidate resumes and applications.
  • Schedule interviews and assist with the interview process, ensure background checks and verify candidate credentials.
  • Collect employment and tax information.
  • Supervise the completion of documents and contracts including candidate responsibilities and interests.
  • Manage and evaluate candidates after the probationary process, after the contracts with definite term.
  • Details will be discussed during the interview.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

#Mandatory Skills: 

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Have computer skills in office – excel.
  • Love, have a long-term orientation in the Recruitment industry.
  • Good communication skills, sensitivity, analysis and evaluation.

# Nice to have: 

  • Prefer to have worked in a headhunt/HR supply service company.
  • Able to adapt quickly and have a high sense of initiative at work
  • Preference will be given to candidates with good English skills (reading and comprehension skills are required)
